I
The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to devices for transmitting rotation.
Known friction disk containing a sleeve with a flange that interacts with located on both sides of the washers and through the elastic elements 1.
The disadvantage of it is low durability.
A friction disk is known, comprising a sleeve with a flange and mounted on either side of it with the possibility of rotation of the washer, interconnected by spacers arranged around the circumference, made as parts of a circle, and a friction ring 2 rigidly mounted on one of the washers.
This disc is the closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result.
The disadvantage of it is low load capacity.
The aim of the invention is to increase the load capacity.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the spacers of the shields are located around a circle of a larger diameter than the diameter of
points of attachment of the friction disk. The struts can be made as a rim at the same time with one of the washers rigidly connected with the other washer along the periphery or two rims at the same time with the washers rigidly connected with each other.
The rim may be rigidly connected to both circumferential washers. The washer is made with hollows, and the end of the rim - with protrusions fixed in them. The butt of the rim is made with hollows, and the washer - with projections rigidly fixed in them. The edges of the hollows are bent towards each other. The edges of the protrusions are bent in different directions or at an angle of 90 °.
The friction ring is attached to a washer, which is made integral with a rim or on a washer that does not have a rim. The friction ring is made with holes, and the rim projections are placed in them. The rim is made with a collar of increased diameter, and the washer -
20 WITH through grooves on the periphery and in contact with the collar or made with the teeth. A tooth is made on the inner surface of the rim, interacting with the teeth of the washer. At the ends of the rims there are projections of larger diameter, with the protrusions of one rim located above the other rim and rigidly connected to them. FIG. shows a friction disc in the section; in fig. 2 - mount the rim to the washer; in fig. 3 - fastening the rim to two washers; in fig. 4 shows section A-A in FIG. 3; in fig. 5 - option to attach the rim to the washer; in fig. 6 is a section BB in FIG. five; in fig. 7 and 8 - fastening the protrusion of the washer in the groove of the rim; in fig. 9 - fastening of a friction ring to a washer with a rim; in fig. 10 and 11 - section BB-ka of FIG. 9; in fig. 12 - fastening the friction ring to the washer without a rim; in fig. 13 is a sectional view: D - D in FIG. 12; in fig. 14 is a variant of fastening the rim to the washer; in fig. 15 is a section d-d in FIG. 14; in fig. 16 is a variant of fastening the friction ring to the washer; in fig. 17 is a section E-E of FIG. sixteen; in fig. 18 is a variant of fastening the rim to the washer; in fig. 19 - section MF in FIG. 18; in fig. 20 is a variant of fastening the rim to the washer; in fig. 21 - section 3-3 in FIG. 20; in fig. 22 is a variant of fastening the rim to the Plaibe; in fig. 23 shows the section AND - AND in FIG. 22; in fig. 24 is a variant of fastening the rim to the washer; in fig. 25 is a section C-C in FIG. 24; in fig. 26 - version of the strap rim to the washer; in fig. 27 — node I in FIG. 26; in fig. 28 is a section L-L in FIG. 27; in fig. 29 and 30 — variants of fastening the rim to the washer; in fig. 31 is a sectional view in FIG. 30. The friction disk contains two coaxial elements mounted rotatably relative to each other in front of elastic means arranged circumferentially between them. The first of these elements consists of sleeve 1 and flange 2. Sleeve 1 can be formed by two parts 3 and 4, flange 2 is also formed by two parts 5 and 6. Sleeve 1 and flange 2 can be formed from a single piece. The second of the coaxial structural elements of the friction disk are two washers 7 and 8, which are located on both sides of the flange 2 and are rigidly connected to each other by spacers. The struts are integral with at least one of the washers and are connected with the other one at the periphery. FIG. 1, these struts are formed by rims 9 and 10, which are made integral with washers 7 and 8, which are rigidly fastened to each other by a continuous or discontinuous weld 11. The rims 9 and 10 have the same height in the axial direction, so that the washers 7 and 8 are identical to each other . The washers 7 and 8 form an annular rigid box, in the middle part of which flange 2 of sleeve 1 is inserted. One of these washers, for example washer 7, carries a friction disk 12 formed in the usual way from an annular plate 13 fitted on the periphery on each side with friction linings 14. The plate 13 is fixed on the washer 7 with Gyumosh, for example, rivets 15, located around a circumference of a smaller diameter than the diameter of the rims 9 and 10. Elastic elements placed between two washers are made in the form of springs 16, each of which is tangentially directed and asthically located in the windows 17 of the flange 2, bushings 1, and partially in the slots 18 and 19 formed in washers 7 and 8. Between the washer 7 and the flange 2 of the bushings 1 there is a friction ring 20 and on the other side between the washer 8 and the flange 2 of the bushings 1, a friction ring 21 is placed, which, like the friction ring 20, is exposed to the effects of the elastic ring 22. The friction ring 21 is mounted on a pressure ring 23 fixed to the washer 8 by means of axial tabs 24 inserted into the aperture 25. It is known that the friction disk 12 axially clamped with between the two plates rigidly connected in rotation with the shaft, in practice with the drive shaft. When a torque is applied to the friction disk 12, it transfers it to the washers 7 and 8, and they in turn pass it through the springs 16 to the flange 2 and, consequently, to the hub 1. In FIG. 2, the rim 26 is integral with one of the washers, namely, the washer 7 carrying the friction disk 12. The welded tongs 11 are between the free edge of the rim 26 and the outer part of the washer 8, which in this case does not have a rim. FIG. 3 and 4, the rim is formed by a ring 27 rigidly attached by one of the ends to the washer 7, and the others to the washer 8, respectively, by welds 28 and 29. In FIG. 5-8, the rim 26 is integrally formed with the shackle 7 and in some places at its free end of the trough 30 for a rigid connection with the shchiby 8, which has corresponding radial projections 3L perpendicular to the axis, each of which is inserted into one of the troughs 30. Thick the protrusions 31 are smaller than the depth of the troughs 30. In practice, this thickness is the thickness of the washer 8 and the depth of the troughs 30 is selected depending on it. The edges of the valleys 30 extend beyond the protrusions 31 and are bent by high pressure. The protrusions 31 are firmly held in contact with the valleys 30, which ensures that the washers 7 and 8 are firmly attached to each other.
FIG. 8, the dotted line shows a press tool capable of bending the edges of the depressions 30 with high pressure.
FIG. 9-11, the rim 26 has in some places the protrusions 32 on the free edge for rigid fastening with the washer 8 directed parallel to the axis, and the washer 8 has corresponding slots 33 on its peripheral part. Each protrusion 32 is inserted into the groove 33, and the end it is bent through a pressure treatment in order to secure the washer 8.
In this case, only the edges of the protrusion 32 are bent using a tool 34 having a recess 35 in the middle part (Fig. 11).
In order to take into account the inevitable tolerances in the manufacture, each protrusion 32 has on its sides, on the one hand and on the other, a support arm 36.
The plate 13 of the friction disk 12 is located outside the volume formed by the washers 7 and 8, and this plate is placed outside the washer 7 and has in some places passages or grooves suitable for accommodating the protrusion-groove connections that provide a rigid attachment of the washers 7 and 8 (Fig. 12-15).
FIG. 16-19 plate 13 of the friction disk 12 is located between the washers 7 and 8 and is in contact with the inner surface of the washer 7.
FIG. 16 and 17, the rim 37 is integral with the washer 8 and has projections as in FIG. 9-11.
FIG. 18 and 19, as in FIG. 5 -8 rim 37 has hollows.
FIG. 20 and 21, the rim 26 is integral with the washer 7, which carries the friction disk 12, for rigid fastening with the washer 8, the rim has in some places along the edge of the tab 38, and the washer 8 has corresponding grooves 39 on its periphery. Each of the legs 38 is placed in groove 39 and bent up to contact with ring 8.
FIG. 22 and 23, the rim 26 of the clamp 7 has a shoulder 40, the diameter of which is larger than the thickness of the clamp 8.
In order to axially hold the washer 8, the edge of the collar 40 in some places, outside the washer 8, is bent so that it captures the washer 8.
The peripheral edge of the washer 8 has in some places the recess 41, and the end of the collar 40 is included in this recess.
FIG. 24 and 25, the rim 26 connecting the washers 7 and 8 has a double thickness in its middle part.
Indeed, each of the washers 7 and 8 has rims 42 and 43, on the edge of which there are projections 44 and 45, and these projections are alternately placed on the rims of another washer.
The diameter of the protrusions exceeds the diameter of the rim, has deformed sections 46
and 47, which they contact with shoulders and are rigidly connected to them with, for example, spot welding.
FIG. 26-28, the rim 26 of the washer 7, which bears the friction disk 12, is meshed with the teeth 48 formed on the washer 8, the rim 26 has a tooth 49 in addition to the washer 8.
Tooth 49 of the rim 26. Can be obtained by treating it with the teeth of the 48 washers 8
0 during their relative axial placement, and for this purpose the washer 8 is made of a harder material than the rim 26.
The axial placement of the washers 7 relative to the washer 8 is fixed by a stop, which
can be made in advance when making a chip groove resulting in machining the teeth 49 with teeth 48. The stop 50 can be formed by deforming the material of the rim 26 by pressure during placement of the washers 8.
The washer 8 may be inserted into the rim 26 to a depth exceeding its thickness, and the free edge of the rim outside of the faceplate 8 is sometimes flattened by means of pressure, as indicated by 51, to grip the washers (Fig. 27).
FIG. 29 rims 27 are made in the form of a ring connected by washers 7 and 8 by means of an ipaz protrusion, and the protrusion or groove of each connection is at least locally flattened by
pressure deformation.
FIG. The 30 and 31 washers 7 and 8 are connected by a gear coupling. These toothed means are formed by protrusions 44 and 45 of the rims, and they alternately belong to one or the other of the washers and are rigidly fastened to the tongue opposite to the one from which they depart.
